Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of livefaceswap.ai, real-time face swap sessions, account and billing features, LiveFaceSwap Desktop, virtual-camera features, and related services. By using LiveFaceSwap AI, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permission to Use Faces and Media

You may only upload or process a reference portrait, camera feed, likeness, or other media when you own the necessary rights or have informed permission from the relevant person. You are responsible for obtaining consent and for any disclosure required when synthetic media could mislead viewers.

You may not use LiveFaceSwap AI for impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, deceptive evidence, or any other activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

You retain rights you already hold in authorized media and output. You grant LiveFaceSwap AI and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and transform your media only as needed to provide, secure, support, and enforce the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this license.

Service and Credits

LiveFaceSwap AI provides browser and desktop interfaces for real-time AI face swap. Features, supported platforms, providers, latency, quality, credit rates, and availability may change.

Credits are service units, not money, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise. A session may reserve, consume, release, or reconcile credits according to the rate and usage shown in the product. You are responsible for stopping a session when you finish.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, merchant-of-record providers, or billing partners. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, invoices, and subscription billing may be handled by the applicable payment provider or merchant-of-record partner.

• We generally do not offer refunds for consumed credits or completed service usage, except where required by law or approved after review.
• Subscriptions may renew until you cancel through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal, and the current plan normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
• Subscription credits reset according to the applicable plan period. One-time credits do not expire unless the purchase terms clearly state otherwise.
• Prices may change with notice. You agree to pay the charges, taxes, and fees shown for your selected plan or purchase.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you already hold in authorized reference media and other content you provide. LiveFaceSwap AI and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interfaces, documentation, and brand assets.

These Terms do not grant permission to use another person's likeness or other protected material. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates abuse or security risk, causes operational harm, or exposes users or the service to legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Real-time AI output can contain delays, artifacts, instability, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular likeness, zero latency, or error-free output.

LiveFaceSwap AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by an underlying AI or infrastructure provider unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LiveFaceSwap AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveFaceSwap AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your media, your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveFaceSwap AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, unless applicable law requires a different process.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
