Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy applies when you use LiveFaceSwap AI, including its website, real-time face swap sessions, desktop software, virtual-camera features, uploads, accounts, and related infrastructure.

The service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that every reference image, camera feed, and resulting synthetic image is lawful, authorized, and used with appropriate disclosure. We may restrict or suspend access when activity violates this policy or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

You may only use a person's face, likeness, camera feed, or other personal media when you own the relevant rights or have the person's informed permission. Public availability of an image does not by itself establish permission to use that person's likeness.

You may not use LiveFaceSwap AI to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, sexualize, or misrepresent another person. When realistic synthetic media could reasonably mislead viewers, you must clearly disclose that the media has been altered or generated.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use LiveFaceSwap AI to create, process, transmit, display, or distribute:

  • Sexual, pornographic, nude, exploitative, or otherwise NSFW content.
  • Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or deceptive depiction of a minor or minor-coded person.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or non-consensual sexualized likeness manipulation.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, false evidence, or deceptive synthetic media.
  • Political or election manipulation, deceptive impersonation of public officials, or fabricated public-interest events.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxing, invasive surveillance, or blackmail.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, violent, graphic, or illegal content.
  • Material that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

You also may not:

  • Bypass safety checks, moderation, rate limits, access controls, billing, or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Bypass or defeat identity checks, KYC, age verification, biometric authentication, liveness detection, or fraud controls.
  • Probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or automate the service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Share credentials, access another person's account, or interfere with other users.
  • Present synthetic output as an authentic record, official document, verified evidence, genuine endorsement, or unaltered live event.

Enforcement

We may use account information, technical metadata, usage patterns, uploaded references, and service events to investigate abuse and enforce this policy. Enforcement may include rejecting a request, ending a session, restricting a feature, suspending an account, preserving evidence when legally required, or reporting activity to an appropriate authority.
